Is OPEC in Panic?
by Ernest Umunna on 01/02/15
Is the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in panic in growing US oil production and declining oil prices? What will happen to countries such as Republic of Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Qatar, Indonesia, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Nigeria, Ecuador, Gabon, and Angola that have built their economies on extractive industries? Will it change global energy dynamics and transformed global geopolitics?
